Most of the group’s recommendations are consistent with the two books in my health. Filtration, salt, meat, milk, alcohol, trans fats. Eat grains and fruits and vegetables. Eat foods with omega-3. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, as a base for hiking.
And not get hung up on “low carb”.
“The good sugars” are those who, of course, healthy food like fruits and vegetables. “Bath of sugar” are those which are not refined calories than other nutrients.
But representatives of the sugar and the soft drinks industry
