Saturday, July 10th, 2010When Mike turned 65, he was 25 pounds overweight. With strict diet, he shed extra pounds, but he lost more weight, he lost his energy and vitality. He was always exhausted, and his friends as they thin, drawn face, worried about his health.
At the time, volunteering for a particular fitness program two years later, he had 25 extra pounds put on. After six months of the year and some will on the table, Mike Lean again. This time, he felt better than he ever had, full of energy and bright with good health.
